Metamora Fields Golf Club is dedicated to helping those in our community and surrounding areas. Due to the extreme volume of donation requests we receive, we now hold a drawing at the end of each month to determine donation winners. If your non-profit organization or fundraising event would like to be entered into our drawing to be considered for a donation consisting of rounds of golf with cart, please complete the donation request form below. After such, you will need to do the following:

1. Receive an email with your completed form answers, which you must print and sign.
2. Include a form verifying 501(c)3 status.
3. Include a brochure or other literature that verifies the date of your event, purpose, and location.
4. Mail the above 3 completed pieces of material to:
